1. Immediate digital supply
Astral Predictions provides digital content (personalised astral reports, HTML preview, and PDF downloads) immediately after payment is confirmed.
2. Express consent
By checking the immediate-access consent at checkout and completing payment, you give express consent for us to begin supplying digital content to you straight away, before any statutory cancellation period ends.
3. Cancellation rights (UK)
Under UK consumer rules, your right to cancel a contract for digital content may be lost once performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you will lose your right to cancel. Once you access your unlocked report or download the PDF, you acknowledge that refund rights for change-of-mind are waived.
This waiver does not affect your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, misdescribed, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
4. One-time payment
Each purchase is a single one-time payment processed by Stripe. There is no recurring subscription unless clearly stated at checkout.
